12.2 If cbh4d becomes aware that a Member has provided false age information during registration, or that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under 21, the account will be immediately suspended. All funds in the account will be held pending investigation, and the account will be permanently closed upon confirmation of underage access.
12.3 cbh4d strongly recommends that parents and guardians use parental-control software to restrict access to online gambling platforms on shared or family-use devices.
