You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use cbh4d. We may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.
Each individual may hold only one cbh4d account. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any balances or pending bonuses will be forfeited without exception.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are supported and credited in real time.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses must be turned over the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
Fraudulent activity, match fixing, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them whenever they appear (capitalised or otherwise) in these Terms & Conditions:

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any real-money service on cbh4d. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2.2 You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when placing real-money wagers.
2.3 You confirm that you are not registered as a self-excluded player with cbh4d or any affiliated platform, and that you have not been instructed to cease gambling by a medical professional or court order.
2.4 cbh4d reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account if it has reason to believe that a Member does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this clause, without being required to state a reason.
2.5 Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of cbh4d and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any promotional offer.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on cbh4d. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether discovered at registration or at any later date — will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed and any balances or pending bonuses being forfeited.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your legal full name (matching your government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid mobile phone number and email address that you own and control.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. cbh4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use was facilitated by your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact cbh4d support immediately via live chat or email. cbh4d will freeze the account pending investigation upon receiving a credible report.
3.5 cbh4d reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
4.1 cbh4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to complete identity verification at any stage of your membership.
4.2 KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Members who have not completed KYC will not be able to withdraw funds from their account.
4.5 Documents must be clearly legible, un-cropped, and in colour. Edited, filtered, or partially obscured documents will be rejected and the verification process will restart from the beginning.
4.6 cbh4d reserves the right to request additional documentation, including a selfie with identity document, at its discretion. Refusal to comply with a KYC request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
5.1 All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cbh4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There is no currency conversion applied to any transaction on the Platform.
5.2 The following deposit methods are supported: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits.
5.4 Deposit funds must originate from a payment account (bank account or e-wallet) registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — will be declined and refunded to the originating account. Refunds may take up to 3 business days depending on the payment provider.
5.5 cbh4d does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges; cbh4d has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.
5.6 Deposits are credited to your cbh4d wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment network. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, contact cbh4d support with your transaction reference number.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, unless cbh4d support has been notified in advance and the change has been verified via KYC.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. Members wishing to withdraw amounts above this threshold must contact support to arrange an elevated withdrawal.
6.3 Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed from 07:00 WIB the following day.
6.4 cbh4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance with these Terms. cbh4d will notify the Member of any such delay within 24 hours.
6.5 Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of all outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.6 cbh4d does not charge a fee on withdrawals. Any charges levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Member's responsibility.
7.1 cbh4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses on first deposit, daily cashback, weekly sportsbook rebates, and seasonal promotions. Full terms for each promotion are published at the time the offer is made available.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all cbh4d promotions:
7.3 cbh4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Members who are in the process of completing a Wagering Requirement at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable additional period to complete or withdraw existing bonus balances.
8.1 All bets placed on cbh4d are final once confirmed. cbh4d will not reverse or refund confirmed bets except in circumstances where: (a) a technical error caused the bet to be placed incorrectly; (b) the event or game was cancelled before it commenced; or (c) cbh4d determines that a manifest pricing error occurred.
8.2 cbh4d's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability and odds are subject to change at cbh4d's discretion.
8.3 In the event of a disputed result, cbh4d's determination — based on data from officially recognised governing bodies — is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding results that have been settled in accordance with this clause.
8.4 All casino games, slot titles, and number-draw games (including keno) use certified random number generation (RNG) software. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual outcome.
8.5 cbh4d is not responsible for interrupted gameplay due to internet connectivity issues on the Member's side. It is the Member's responsibility to maintain a stable connection during live betting and live casino sessions.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on cbh4d and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
9.2 cbh4d's risk and compliance team monitors all account activity in real time. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be frozen without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. cbh4d will notify affected Members within 48 hours of a freeze being applied.
10.1 All content on the cbh4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of cbh4d or its licensed content providers.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of cbh4d intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
11.1 cbh4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
11.2 cbh4d will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable compliance obligations.
11.3 All data transmitted between your device and cbh4d's servers is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology. cbh4d's security practices are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis.
12.1 cbh4d provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cbh4d makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
12.2 cbh4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; unauthorised account access where the Member failed to maintain credential security; or interruption of service due to Force Majeure events.
12.3 cbh4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits cbh4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
13.1 Termination by the Member: You may close your cbh4d account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
13.2 Termination by cbh4d: cbh4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; the Member has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 9; cbh4d is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority; or the Member's continued use of the Platform poses a risk to cbh4d or other Members.
13.3 Where an account is closed by cbh4d due to a breach, any real-money balance net of fraudulent gains may be returned to the Member following completion of a compliance review. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited in all cases of breach-related termination.
14.1 cbh4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended to be an entertainment product; it is not a source of income and should not be treated as such.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

16.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of cbh4d shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under international licences.
16.2 cbh4d operates as an internationally licensed platform. While the Platform serves Indonesian residents, it is operated from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is legally permitted. The Platform makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction where they are accessible.
16.3 Any dispute between a Member and cbh4d shall first be referred to cbh4d's internal dispute resolution team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
16.4 Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
